Section 1: Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the Vend Solutions Ltd t/a Sweep platform and all competitions hosted on it.

They are divided into four sections:

1. Section 1 – Introduction

   This overview and general information about these Terms and Conditions.

2. Section 2 – Competition Conduct Conditions

   The conditions that govern the relationship between Sweep, Hosts, Entrants and Winners in respect of all competitions hosted on the Sweep platform.

3. Section 3 – Real Estate Conditions

   Additional conditions that govern the agreement between each Host and Winner where a competition involves real estate property located in England and Wales. These include real estate conditions of sale and template forms of special conditions of sale.

4. Section 4 – Glossary and Definitions

   A glossary giving specific meanings to defined terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Important Notices

1. Right to amend

   Sweep reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes constitute a material change, users will be notified via the email address associated with their Sweep account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined by Sweep at its sole discretion, acting in good faith and using common sense.

2. Prudent participation

   A prudent participant in any competition will:

   • Read and understand these Terms and Conditions in full;
   • Review the content of all documents and information relating to the competition and the Prize; and
   • Obtain professional or legal advice where appropriate.

   These Terms and Conditions are drafted on the basis that each Host, Entrant and Winner behaves as a prudent individual. If you choose to participate in a competition without taking normal precautions, you do so entirely at your own risk.

3. Acceptance of Terms

   By entering or otherwise participating in any competition on Sweep (whether as Host, Entrant or Winner), you agree that:

   • You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions; and
   • These Terms and Conditions govern Sweep’s relationship with you in your capacity as Host, Entrant and/or Winner.

4. Jurisdictional restrictions

   Sweep does not offer any competitions in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is unlawful or would trigger any registration, qualification, publication or approval requirement that is not fulfilled.

   It is your responsibility to ensure that:

   • You are not located in a jurisdiction where it is unlawful for you to host, enter or participate in competitions; and
   • You comply with all laws applicable to you when using the Sweep platform.

Section 2: Competition Conduct Conditions

Words appearing in capitals or small capitals have the meanings given to them in the Glossary and Definitions (Section 4).

These Competition Conduct Conditions cannot be disapplied or varied except with Sweep’s express written agreement.
